Through a detailed review process, the Executive Committee decided that BMAUS, through their present Building Manager, demonstrated the necessary capability to continue to help improve the operation and maintenance of the building. BMAUS have consequently shown high professional standards and contributed to the efficient running of the ASTOR and through applying his enthusiasm, attention to detail, and technical expertise to the complex, have helped ensure that the directions of the Executive Committee could be met.

BMAUS was appointed as valet carpark operators for The Tower Apartments in July this year. The role involves a 24 hour, 7 days a week service. Provision of this service is essential to the continued smooth operation of the building, as we do not have dedicated car parking spaces for each lot.
The BMAUS staff had a thorough understanding of the task and expectation. Our handover was a seamless affair and lacked any of the teething problems that could ordinarily have been expected with a management change. The building now has management systems, uniformed personnel and a harmony that for so long had been absent.
